This 6-week online bootcamp connects aspiring girls and young women with established female tech experts, providing mentorship and capacity-building opportunities. Our personalized mentorship program is tailored to connect you with expert mentors who share your career aspirations and interests. Whether through virtual, hybrid, or in-person sessions, you will receive tailored guidance that matches your unique learning style. Each mentor and mentee pair must schedule two meetings per month, each lasting at least one hour. However, mentorship is just the beginning. TechsiStar also offers comprehensive skill development opportunities through workshops, online trainings, and expert sessions. Our aim is to equip you not only with technical skills but also the soft skills necessary for success in your field.
